Aranjuez Mutiny celebrations

Experience the Mutiny of Aranjuez and park comfortably

From September 2nd to 6th, 2026, Aranjuez will once again travel back in time with the celebration of the traditional Mutiny Festival, one of the city's great cultural, historical and festive events.

Declared a Festival of International Tourist Interest, the Mutiny Festival commemorates the historical events of March 1808 that culminated in the fall of Godoy and the abdication of Charles IV in favor of his son, Ferdinand VII. The celebration combines history, tradition, shows, music, and activities for locals and visitors alike.

If you plan to visit Aranjuez during these festivities, booking your parking space in advance can help you enjoy the city more comfortably, avoiding the hassle of circling around looking for parking in the busiest areas.
